Community Knowledge
in Action

The Foundation promotes community knowledge by encouraging dialogue and networking around important needs, opportunities and trends, directing additional energy to priority issues in our community. Use of Vital Signs® and hosting Vital Conversations are examples of community knowledge in action!

Community knowledge helps the Foundation identify opportunities and solutions that will make a difference in the causes that matter most.

The Community Foundation believes that together, we can build a vital community for everyone. With a long-term view of our community and insight into the challenges and opportunities facing Peterborough, the Community Foundation has the knowledge and the staying power needed to address complex issues, from environmental sustainability to housing and homelessness, from support for the arts to care for those in need.
