Are you a woman or a member of gender-diverse communities who is trying to push for change locally? Are you wanting to strengthen and broaden your skills to become a strong community advocate?
If so, we would like to invite you to join us for Faces of Leadership.
Faces of Leadership is a series of four workshops that will explore what leadership looks like in all its diversity, and how you can work with others to create a better community for all while exploring opportunities to strengthen your own “leadership” skills. The workshops are free!
This project is entirely focused on women and gender-diverse individuals who experience barriers to leadership opportunities due to the intersectionality of race, gender, (dis)ability, class, and age, among other social factors.
The workshops will be offered in a hybrid format. In person participants, will meet in the Multi-Purpose Room on the lower level of the Peterborough Public Library. Those who prefer to join on-line will be provided with a Zoom link.
