Guided by a commitment to community leadership, social justice, and Indigenous reconciliation, this fund will help sustain accessible, team-based primary health care and health promotion programs that address the root causes of preventable illness and unequal access to care.  Funded activities will reflect the Centre’s vision of a healthier, more connected Nogojiwanong / Peterborough where everyone can access the care they need.
